We note the new regime of openness and transparency is as well oiled a machine as the previous regime. Some things never change, and one can only assume the two officers (Nora Loone and Nike Fowla) mentioned in the Freedom of Information request below were paid HUGE amounts of public money to bugger off and keep quiet, and that Wirral Council has something to hide. Why else would they not comply with such a simple request?
